Cookie Policy

Camify uses a small number of first-party cookies and equivalent browser storage (localStorage) to operate the website and the user dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or behavioural retargeting cookies.

• Strictly necessary. Session cookies and JWT tokens needed to keep you logged in, CSRF protection, and basic security. These cannot be disabled while using the dashboard.
• Functional. Remembering your theme (light/dark), your selected language, and minor UI preferences.
• Internal analytics. Aggregated, first-party usage counts (page hits, feature usage). No third-party SDKs. IP addresses are hashed where used for analytics; raw IP is retained only for security and rate limiting and is purged after 90 days.

Camify does not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, TikTok Pixel, or similar third-party trackers on its public pages. If PayFast places its own cookie during checkout, that cookie is governed by PayFast's policy.

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Clearing strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out and may break parts of the dashboard.
